Refund Policy
At EveryDay Shop, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions detailed below.
Deadlines

Product Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

Visible Damage: For items such as broken glass, missing parts, or scratches, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another product available in stock.

Receive a refund for the value of the product.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and the visible shipping label.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

Improper use of accessories or natural wear and tear (oxidation, battery reduction, etc.).
